Quantity Surveyor -Residential Refurbishment
£60,000 - £75,000 + Full Package Hertfordshire October 2024 Permanent Are you ambitious and passionate about Quantity Surveying?
Our client, principle contractor, pride themselves on recruiting the very best, Quantity Surveyors
and then rewarding, developing and retaining them.
They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor within their
expanding refurbishment division, which is growing from strength to strength.
In this role you will be involved in refurbishment, fire safety and retrofit projects
for housing associations and local authorities in London You would be expected to have full commercial responsibility for up to 3 projects from procurement to final account.
Ideal Qualifications,
Skills & Qualities
•
Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent •
At least 7 years commercial management experience in residential refurbishment •
Enjoys taking responsibility with a
hands on & proactive' approach. •
Commercially astute •
Team player with good people skills.
An excellent salary and package, dependent on experience, will be on offer. You will work closely with the commercial manager and be in an environment where there will be more opportunities to develop and advance your career.
