The Role: The Head of Growth Marketing will play a critical leadership role in driving demand generation and digital marketing efforts for this fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up. Reporting directly to the CMO, the Head of Growth Marketing will own the strategy to build a predictable revenue generating engine, growing marketing funnels, generation quality leads, building Account-Based Marketing (ABM) disciplines and helping build predictive analytics and AI capabilities. The candidate will bring a "player/coach" mindset, capable of leading a small but growing team while also being hands-on with demand generation activities. Key Responsibilities: Demand Generation Strategy: Own and develop the full-funnel demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth across inbound, outbound. Ensure alignment with the company’s overall revenue targets. Digital Marketing: Lead and optimise digital marketing campaigns across search engines (SEO & PPC), content marketing, and social channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn as a B2B engagement tool. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Scale and manage ABM strategies across various vertical markets, ensuring a tailored approach for each sector and alignment with sales efforts. Lead Generation: Build out multi-channel lead nurturing pathways to engage prospects across various touchpoints. Using leading third-party data platforms (such as Cognism and Apollo) to create highly targeted inbound and outbound lead acquisition funnels. Performance Marketing: Oversee performance marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversion through paid search, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns. Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing team of 4 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented environment. Take a hands-on approach to delivering while effectively partnering with CMO, Sales, SDR, and RevOps teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with company goals Marketing Analytics: Develop a data-driven approach to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights to optimise spend and maximise ROI. Content Optimization: Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure all marketing collateral and campaigns are optimised for search engines and aligned with the overall messaging. Skills and Experience Required: Experience: 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS and a strong understanding of the UK B2B market. Expertise in Marketing Tech: Hands-on experience with best-in-breed marketing automation tools and third-party data providers such as HubSpot, Apollo, Cognism, search engines and social media platforms. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and scaling marketing teams. Experience as a “player/coach” with the ability to balance team leadership and hands-on execution. Commercially Driven: Highly commercial mindset with experience driving pipeline and revenue growth through lead generation, inbound/outbound marketing, and ABM strategies. Analytical Mindset: Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyse marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to work across departments and partner with senior leaders in marketing, sales, and operations. ABM Experience: Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling ABM strategies across multiple vertical markets.
