About the Role: Our client, a renowned and luxurious hotel in Luton, is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their esteemed culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to contribute to a high-end dining experience and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines. * Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the development of new menu items. * Ensure all food is prepared and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations. * Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. * Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel. * Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards. * Food Safety Certificate Level 2 * Allergens certificate * Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Creativity and passion for food. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
