Senior Environmental Consultant | Hybrid - South Wales | Permanent | up to £43,000Are you an experienced Environmental Consultant with a passion for protecting the environment?Looking to lead on managing complex environmental conservation projects?PT Renewables have partnered with a Environmental Consultancy at the forefront of Environmental Management Services.You'll be joining a business doing good in the world, from contaminated land assessment to flood protection and environmental management.This is a chance to join as a Senior Environmental Consultant to lead and inspire a team of specialists.The RoleAs a Senior Environmental Consultant, you will be at the heart of our mission to safeguard natural resources and communities.You will lead a dedicated team of junior consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise across a variety of projects. Your role will involve:Motivate and manage a team of environmental consultants, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.Oversee and sign off on major projects, being involved in areas such as contaminated land assessments, flood risk management, and environmental sampling.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.Lead fieldwork activities including soil logging, environmental sampling, and spill response coordination.Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to uphold ISO and environmental standards within our Integrated Management System.About youA degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering).Extensive experience in contaminated land management, site investigations, and environmental assessments.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.A proven track record in managing complex environmental projects from inception to completion.A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel for site-based projects.BenefitsSalary between £40,000 - £45,000 (flex for right candidate)flexible hybrid workingpension contribution etcIf you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join a company that’s committed to protecting our planet, we’d love to hear from you!
