As part of their strategy to integrate Teamcenter PLM with SAP, we are looking for skilled professionals to support various government and defence projects.The focus is on leveraging Teamcenter as part of a comprehensive PLM solution and ensuring seamless integration with SAP.Position Overview:The Teamcenter PLM Specialist will be instrumental in managing and optimizing Teamcenter, interfacing with SAP, and addressing configuration management challenges. You will work within a high-security environment, implementing role profiles, approval workflows, and change management strategies for product baselines.Key Responsibilities:Teamcenter Administration: Manage Teamcenter PLM environments, including user roles, profiles, and access permissions.Workflow Design: Develop and implement approval workflows and product lifecycle management processes in Teamcenter.Integration with SAP: Assist in integrating Teamcenter with SAP systems, utilizing PLMSI or similar technologies.Configuration Management: Handle through-life configuration management, product baselines, and transferring baseline data to SAP.Product Attributes: Ensure product attributes and requirements are correctly captured and managed within Teamcenter.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and interfaces between Teamcenter and other systems.Polarian Knowledge: Understand and leverage Siemens Polarian for product requirements management where necessary.Security Compliance: Work within government/defence standards, ensuring systems and users meet security clearance and compliance requirements.Required Skills & Experience:Extensive experience with Teamcenter PLM administration, configuration, and workflow management.Understanding of PLMSI or similar interface technologies for PLM and SAP integration.Familiarity with SAP MES and how it interfaces with Teamcenter in a manufacturing context.Knowledge of configuration management processes and change control in a PLM environment.Experience with Polarian or similar requirement management tools is a plus.Proven ability to work within high-security environments, ideally with DV clearance or eligibility.Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, manufacturing).Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working on government or defence projects with security clearance requirements.Hands-on knowledge of PLM software such as Siemens TeamcenterFamiliarity with MES technologies and their integration with PLM systems.If interested, please apply on this Job Post or Contact myself directly.
