Job Title: Junior Paraplanner Salary: £30k-£40k per annum (depending on experience) + benefits including pension, discretionary bonus, and share options Location: London (Zone 1) Working Arrangement: (Hybrid working, however, this may be unlikely in the first few months when integrating into the team. Attractive Package: Competitive salary, pension, share options, and discretionary bonuses.Key Responsibilities: Support financial advisors in preparing and managing client financial plans. Conduct research, data analysis, and draft reports. Ensure financial documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations. Assist with administrative tasks such as managing client files and scheduling meetings. Use financial planning software and tools to develop reports and strategies. Skills & Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of financial services products and basic compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Highly organised, methodical, with strong attention to detail. Able to prioritise workload and work independently after training. Experience with financial planning software (e.g., IO, Defaqto) is a plus. Qualifications: Relevant financial planning certifications or keen to work towards them (e.g., CII). Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
