We are looking for both a strategic and hands on Social Media Manager, who is an expert in crafting and executing exceptional content across all retail channels. You will be the person setting the strategy for this company, whilst playing a pivotal and broader role across this medium sized team. Your approach will be creative, fun, collaborative and hands on and you will be driven in truly creating on-brand content that lands with impact. Key responsibilities: You will design and implement the social media growth strategy You will manage and oversee all social media channels You will work across both organic and support on paid social too You'll work closely with the wider marketing team and help with the formation of new and exciting content You'll manage the reporting and analysis across the channels You'll produce weekly reports on social and influencer performanceKey requirements: Experience working in an ecommerce/ D2C/ Retail setting A passion for social, fitness and health Experience across the big platforms TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, Linkedin Budget Management experience Proven experience of growing social media channels for other brands 3 to 4 years minimum in professional social media Video editing and design skills Ability to work at pace, take direction and also work independently when neededApply today to find out more!
