Key Responsibilities Electrical Installation Lecturer/Teacher: Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Electrical Installation in line with the national curriculum. Support learners in achieving their qualifications, providing feedback, and assessing their progress. Develop and maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment in line with college policies. Create lesson plans and schemes of work tailored to student needs, ensuring practical skills and theoretical knowledge are well-balanced. Provide one-to-one and group support, mentoring students to ensure academic and personal development. Stay updated with industry standards, changes in regulations, and advancements in technology. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the course. Essential Requirements Electrical Installation Lecturer/Teacher: A recognised teaching qualification  Knowledge in Electrical Installation  Previous teaching experience in an FE setting or Secondary Setting ideally as Electrical Installation Lecturer/Teacher Ability to engage and motivate students from a variety of backgrounds.
