Business Design Integration Lead £54k-£60kWarton - hybrid working Permanent position My client is a Global leading Aerospace and Defence organisation. Recruiting for a Business Design Integration Lead with the responsibility to consolidate expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives. Responsibilities: Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisationProduces models in support of business strategy. Has in- depth knowledge of a broad range of industry- wide modelling techniquesResponsible for planning and co-ordinating team modelling activities and for ensuring the quality of their workManages the full Project lifecycle to ensure that, over time, the needs of Customers/users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achievedDefines, documents and carries out small projects or sub-projects (typically less than six months, with limited budget, limited interdependency with other projects, and no significant strategic impact), alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phasesIdentifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the projectApplies appropriate project management methods and tools whether predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive approachesAgrees project with stakeholders, and prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk and Communication plans and tracks activitiesMonitors timescales and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
