Responsibilities:
Support the Vehicle Logistics Manager and other members of the Sales team
Be the central point of contact for the Omoda & Jaecoo Dealer Network and RSM’s in queries relating to vehicle delivery, registration, vehicle damage, order fulfilment
Assist Vehicle Logistics Manager with admin duties such as submitting shipping damage claims, vehicle customs clearance, clearing down SMMT disputes, systems admin
Daily liaison with logistics suppliers daily to ensure processing of vehicles/vehicle delivery in a timely manner
Document and review Vehicle Logistics processes to drive continuous improvement
Assisting other O&J internal departments with any information requests relating to vehicle logistics and registration
Initiate and develop a strong relationship with dealers
Requirements:
Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics
Educated to Degree level or equivalent training in, Business, Marketing, Economics, and Engineering Finance or similar.
Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Power BI).
