Job Title - Project Manager

Salary: £51,000

Area: Exeter and surrounding areas

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working with the Ministry of Justice to recruit an experienced Project Manager on a permanent basis.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to cover the Exeter area and manage various projects within the MOJ, with experience within construction and refurbishment projects.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years management and technical experience in project delivery on construction and renovations works and be experienced in the management of projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £500,000.

You'll be managing multiple projects at various stages of development, mainly low in value but high volume minor works projects.

Ideal candidates will be qualified in project management, but time served experience across similar projects will be considered. Experience in the public sector, defence sector or similar would be preferred.

Benefits:

Salary of £51,000 per annum

Option for some home working

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
