Technical Art Director

- Tech Art Director. - £115k salary Upto - Onsite 1 time a week min, ideally 2. But flex. Fully remote isn’t an option - 4 stage interview process, all on one day onsite in Cambridge - Working on totally unannounced project - Managing 2 people in the Tech Art Dept - Need a maker, not a pure manager. Must be hands on still with leadership XP - Definitely needs UE5 XP and ideally Character/Facial rigging XP - Needs Python and Pipeline dev skills too - Ideally they want to see a portfolio or some way of illustrating thing’s you have had a direct hand in making - Have an onsite mocap suite - Working in a small group of ‘Development Directors’ who are each at the top of their respective discipline in the studio - Will relocate someone and assist in a financial and practical way with places to live/schools etc - Can sponsor - Very good retention rate - Values are Transparency, Honesty, Passion, Teamwork and Trust For a full role description in detail please contact asap
