Your New Company Working for a well stablished international Building Services contractor. They are growing massively in the market, winning multi-million pound projects within various sectors. You will be part of an exciting team who are friendly and welcoming with a big impact on inclusion within the team. Working as the Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the MEP team. You will be responsible for all aspects of projects, effective client relationship management and ensuring smooth operational and commercial progression of the project. Enforce high standards of health & safety, and quality on your site(s) Manage and correctly coordinate all facets of a specific project from contract signature, through all phases until handover Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Work in mixed collaborative teams to deliver major projects Add value to projects through innovation and value management A relevant degree/qualifications on Building Services Engineering ~5+ years of experience managing projects and M&E design teams ~ Knowledge of various MEP Design software tools/ability to perform design reviews ~ Support internal M&E Design teams with the delivery of projects ~ ensure client satisfaction through high quality execution of planned/reactive maintenance work ~ Support the wider teams by providing technical support and maintenance management duties ~ Meet target KPIs on WIP management including HIW ~ Coordinate with other disciplines and subcontractors ~ A competitive salary: £25+ days of holidays ~ Competitive pension scheme ~ Yearly salary reviews ~ Extra holidays available ~ Laptop and phone
