Our client is a busy residential Sales and Lettings Agency with a well-known office in Hemel Hempstead, and they are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The role is exciting and varied: you will be responsible for booking and attending viewings, upselling services, ensuring every opportunity is maximised, canvassing for new business and most importantly delivering a first-class service to the clients. You will be working closely with the Lettings Manager who will provide invaluable on the job training and an opportunity to progress your career.   This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build or develop their career in the property sector.
