Plumber Multi - Social Housing Location: North London £37,000-£38,000 p/a - Van & Fuel Card provided Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Domestic P,lumber to carry out reactive maintenance works on behalf of one of our large tier 1 clients across the North London postcode area. Undertaking repair/renewal works to plumbing installations, and associated or minor maintenance tasks utilising your multi-trade experience. Working alongside colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders. Using PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken. Liaising with Supervisors/schedulers in a timely manner when works are unable to be completed on a first visit, providing detailed information to allow works to be programmed in. Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across England. Required; - NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing Right to Work Full UK Driving Licence Clean DBS Previous Social Housing experience is essential for this role.
