The Day-to-Day##


As a Senior Behavioural Researcher, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge behavioural research, leading projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Research Leadership: Combine behavioural science and neuroscience theories with advanced research designs to gather, analyse, and interpret behavioural insights.

  • **Qualitative Expertise:** Lead the entire qualitative research process, from ideation and design to data collection and insight dissemination.

  • Project Management: Oversee a team of behavioural scientists, ensuring that research projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

  • Insight Translation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that enhance business outcomes, making your work indispensable to clients.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs are met and communicated effectively throughout the research process.

  • Academy Contribution: Play a key role in delivering the Implicit Research module as part of the client's Academy programme.


The Ideal Candidate##


We’re looking for someone who is not just skilled, but truly passionate about behavioural research. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:


  • A Master’s degree in psychology, behavioural science, neuroscience, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience leading qualitative research.

  • A deep understanding of advanced qualitative research design and techniques.

  • Proven ability to translate client needs into compelling research projects.

  • Demonstrable experience in a relevant business context, such as behavioural science or people analytics.

  • A strong desire to learn and apply behavioural science and neuroscience techniques in your research.

  • Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

  • A collaborative spirit, balanced with the autonomy to lead your own projects.


Desirable: Experience with implicit research theory and techniques, proficiency in qualitative data analysis tools like NVivo or AtlasTi, and knowledge of social psychology, anthropology, or sociology.
