Hours: 48-hour contract, between 7 am - 9.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section.
• Assist in the creation and development of menus, ensuring they align with the establishment's standards and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain consistency and quality in every dish, meeting the highest standards of food presentation and taste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Manage stock levels and order supplies as necessary, minimizing waste.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
