Design Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with a leading main contractor who are seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £25Mil - £150Mil+ As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on a £100m Commercial, Cut + Carve Retrofit. You will lead the project with an assistant reporting into you. The job is in preconstruction, with start-on-site several months away. Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful £50m+ commercial retrofits. It is essential that you have delivered a commercial project at a main contractor.
