Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose: As a Sales Coordinator, you support our sales team of Golf Travel Experts with the preparation and coordination of custom, small group, and cruise itineraries While there is no requirement to do so, the Sales Coordinator role has proven to be an excellent training ground for those who wish to progress to a career in sales as a Golf Travel Expert with PerryGolf, typically within a 12 to 24-month period Key Duties: Preparing custom tour itineraries utilising company software Arranging client invoices and final travel documents Coordinating dining reservations, caddies & other special requests Gathering international air travel information from clients Collating client notes and arrival & departure information for PerryGolf field staff including hosts, drivers and airport greeters Managing waitlist enquiries Desirable Experience & Traits: Knowledge of and/or interest in golf and travel considered a plus but not required Experience working in office administration and following procedures Confident user of Microsoft Office365 suite of products (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook in particular) Superior verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload An ability to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary paid.
