As they continue to grow, Aspion is excited to find their next dynamic Senior Sales Consultant to join their team. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing incoming warm leads and enquiries from investors. Drive sales activity and meet KPIs to generate the required revenue. Handle and qualify warm sales enquiries and leads. Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to execute sales strategies across the business. Manage a robust pipeline of client sales leads and generate new opportunities. Conduct research and outreach to generate and nurture property leads. Schedule and attend sales appointments with clients/vendors. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales role. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with occasional travel to our North-East office for training and meetings (initially more frequent, then once or twice per month). Competitive base salary between £35,000 - £38,000, based on experience. Uncapped commission structure with additional bonus opportunities. Generous 25 days of holiday per year. Flexible working hours between 8 AM and 6 PM. Remote working flexibility, with periodic in-person meetings and training.
