Simulation and Modelling Lead

About the Role: • You will empower the team to deliver outstanding simulations while ensuring the timely delivery of projects. • You will balance the demands of customers and stakeholders, ensuring the seamless integration of simulations into our programmes. About You: • A proven understanding of modelling and simulation techniques, and importance of applying these within the engineering lifecycle (Simulink would be beneficial) • A shown leader who can encourage their team to deliver and develop • Proficient in stakeholder management and wider ability to communicate at both technical and strategic levels • Able to work in an environment with changing priorities and demands Key Information: • Role: Simulation and Modelling Group Lead • Salary: Up to £74,000 Depending on Experience • Location: Stevenage (Relocation Package Available for This Role) • Dynamic (Hybrid) Working: 4–5 Days Per Week On-Site Due to Workload Classification Skills: Simulation and modelling, Simulink, engineering, stakeholder management, leadership, defence Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to British Citizens.
