Benefits : A competitive basic salary of between £30k Excellent commission taking your earnings up considerably, up to £45k in your first year Excellent progression, learning and development potential Training and on-going support Team socials in a welcoming, inclusive environment Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes Healthcare and Pension Flexible, hybrid working available Role : Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with clients Clearly present the company offering, service, values, products and projects to clients and inspire them to partner with the business Own the entire sales process, including prospecting, making initial calls, negotiating, securing deals and guiding clients through the onboarding process Conduct commercial negotiations to secure partnerships with high-potential clients and establish the foundation of a strong work relationship Plan and execute sales campaigns effectively to acquire new clients Keep detailed records of activities, client interactions and deal progress in the CRM system Requirements: Educated to degree level Inquisitive, goal oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Capable working independently and proactively Resilient and highly organised Pareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
