Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Location: Kettering Contract: Fixed-Term Contract with Potential to Become Permanent Start Date: Immediate Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Kettering. This position offers an immediate start on a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate. As a Level 3 TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher, enhancing the learning experience, and providing targeted support to students. Key Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, particularly those with additional needs. Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities and materials. Support students' social and emotional development, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed. Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school-related activities. Help with administrative tasks such as maintaining student records and preparing resources.Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Proven experience working as a TA in a school setting. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with students and staff. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
