As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead the charge in our technical ventures, leveraging your strong technical background to drive success. We're eager to speak with both seasoned leaders and those stepping into leadership roles for the first time.
We are looking for a technical leader, who not shying away from being hands on. This role will require you to get you to do so about 34-40% of the time.
Please note that this role does not offer sponsorship and is open to candidates based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python (Flask or Django) and JavaScript/Typescript, React.js (ideally full stack).
- Team Management: Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strategic Insight: Familiarity with software architecture, cloud computing platforms, containerization, and modern DevOps processes.
- Dynamic Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as a start-up or scale-up.
