Job Title: Programme ManagerLocation: SheffieldSalary: Up to £70,000 plus benefitsJob SummaryConnected search are on the lookout for an experienced Programme Manager to join a rapidly growing specialist engineering company. the role will oversee and manage complex projects within a specialist engineering services company, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.Create detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.Making sure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.Present regular project updates and reports to senior management.Keep strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.Guide junior project managers and team members.Key RequirementsExperience as a Project Manager in the engineering sector.Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Show leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Project management software and Microsoft Office applications.PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.Degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field, advanced degree preferred.
