Our unique role of Resourcing & Community Manager is responsible for our temporary and permanent recruitment services.

We predominantly service event organisers and we find and foster the premium talent, especially marketing specialists, in the industry. We require a business development and recruitment specialist who will be crucial to our organisation's success and will support our continued growth.

This role drives business development initiatives, manages recruitment processes, and executes marketing strategies to attract top talent for contract and permanent roles.

This successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the TEMBO Marketing Director, pivoting our business development efforts and ensuring effective recruitment and staffing operations. They will also oversee various marketing activities to enhance our brand visibility and attract potential clients and candidates.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: This role will be ultimately responsible for overseeing and implementing the following:

Business Development: • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and secure new clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. • Represent TEMBO at industry events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities.

Recruitment and Staffing: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Foster client and contractor loyalty by providing exceptional customer service. • Generate, track, and manage all contractor/client contracts and ensure compliance with all requirements. • Induct new starters, including sending welcome packs, requesting references, and ensuring they have the relevant information for their first day. • Oversee the month-end contractor invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Marketing and Promotion: • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance TEMBO’s brand visibility. • Manage social media channels, create content, and engage with the online community. • Organise and promote events to attract potential clients and candidates. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.

Experience: • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, business development, and marketing. • Goal-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed. • Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Docs. • Exceptional organisational skills, multitasking abilities, and proactive initiative. • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise daily tasks. • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow and create processes and track and document on ATS and CRM systems. Ability to work well within a team in a busy environment.

Salary:

£45,000 per annum + commission Status:
