Maintenance Operative

We require a Maintenance Operative for a leading supplier of self-storage in the UK. You will be responsible for driving to stores and providing professional maintenance and repair services. Maintenance Operative Duties such as: * Driving to stores - probaby in North or West London * Basic plumbing e.g replacing taps * Painting flooring etc * Repairs to basic locks * Re-hang doors * Basic sheet metal work manipulation repairs Hours: * Full time * Monday to Friday * Around 8am - 4.30pm or as required You should have: * Full UK driving license * Experience in a similar maintenance role * Good customer service skills * IT skills to respond to maintenance messages Maintenance Operative Benefits: * Company van and fuel * Tools * An excellent career in a growing, stable business * A great working environment * Friendly team * On site parking * Pension etc This is a great opportunity as a Maintenance Operative for someone experienced in retail property maintenance/ store repairs/ facilities maintenance, perhaps someone who has been a Plumber/ Painter/ builder/skilled labourer/carpenter/ handyman/handywoman/ handyperson or caretaker.
