Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.Role Function:As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will handle customer queries through various channels, process orders, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
