Data Entry and Stock controller

Data Entry and Stock Controller Tempory to Permanent Salary: £11.80 - £12 per hour 37.5 Hour working week Monday to Friday various shifts Location: HU5 Principle Responsibilities : Manage and maintain Data Entry and Stock Levels Accurately processing purchase invoices Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries Maintain adequate stock levels of materials and consumables within a warehouse and 70+ stores Undertake regular stock takes and maintain stock records providing reports to the management team as required Use Microsoft Excel to record data and produce customer reports Raise Purchase orders for consumables General administration and office dutiesSkills and Experience : Educated to A level or equivalent standard. Experienced in working in an office environment Computer Literate with good attention to detail Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team.
