B3 Admin Assistant

Apple Recruitment are recruiting for a ­­­­­­­Band 3 Admin Assistant on behalf of our client the Public Health Agency in Ballymena * Hourly Rate: £11.67 in addition holiday hours accrued and paid * Hours: 15 hrs * Duration: end of March 2025 * Location: Ballymena Please note only applicants that match this criteria can be considered for the role. Criteria: * Five GCSE’s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A* - C) OR equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher Qualification OR 18 Months relevant* experience AND Evidence of one year’s experience working with Microsoft Office or similar *Relevant experience is defined as working within a business environment undertaking administrative support Duties: * Ability to work accurately, demonstrating attention to detail. * Effective communication skills, orally, written and electronically * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively to meet strict deadlines Applicants must ensure their CV is accurate and up to date.
