UX & Front-End Developer | London (Hybrid, 4 days in the office) | Up to £100kRole Overview: Our client, an ambitious Digital Assets company, are seeking a highly skilled UX & Front-End Developer to join their innovative team.Your role will be pivotal in improving internal trading and operations systems, ensuring seamless workflows and intuitive user experiences.'This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating cutting-edge interfaces, and with experience working with the front office within financial services or digital assets businesses.Key Responsibilities:Conduct user research to identify needs and optimise the user experienceDesign and develop robust front-end components for a trading applicationCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that translate user needs into seamless designsLead the development lifecycle, taking full ownership of features from concept to executionCollaborate closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectivesRequired Skills:Proven experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScriptExpertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDExperience working with AWS and cloud-based architectureProficient in RESTful API design and implementationStrong understanding of RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines
