Compliance Consultant

Position: Compliance Specialist Sector: Professional Services Location: Whitley, Coventry (hybrid) Position Type: 12 month rolling contract Inside / Outside IR35: Inside Salary: up to umbrella £25.96 per hour (depending on experience) *Experience with DSARs is essential* About the company I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Whitley who are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team Job Description As Compliance Specialist your main responsibilities are: You will work with an existing team of 5 members, reporting into the Process Delivery Manager. The role covers Data Subject Access Requests and all related legal requests. This is a high priority, as we are legally bound to respond Qualifications / Skills needed Previous experience of Compliance specifically DSARs and Informal Requests in a supporting role Good Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced HR Direct environment A good communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex ideas Experience of using Microsoft e-discovery or other search equivalent digital tools (preferred) Proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc (preferred) Experience of Process Development (preferred) Degree qualified or equivalent experience (preferred) Why work through Contechs?
