SALES LEDGER ADMINISTRATOR-Maternity Cover

Job could become Permanent and plenty of other opportunities. · Sales Ledger Invoicing · Credit Control · Online client portals · Client weekly/monthly applications · Single/consolidated invoices · Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system · Running cost/revenue reports · Sales ledger reports · Data entry · Reconciling sales accounts Key responsibilities include: · Sales Ledger Invoicing · Credit Control · Online client portals · Client weekly/monthly applications · Single/consolidated invoices · Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system · Running cost/revenue reports · Sales ledger reports · Data entry · Reconciling sales accounts · Updating invoicing/account spreadsheets daily Ideal applicant would: Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Have experience within the Construction industry Knowledge of CAFM (many of our clients use web based portals such as Verisae, Halo, Servicechannel) Knowledge of job management system Job Logic would an advantage but not critical.· Updating invoicing/account spreadsheets daily Ideal applicant would: Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Have experience within the Construction industry Knowledge of CAFM (many of our clients use web based portals such as Verisae, Halo, Servicechannel) Knowledge of job management system Job Logic would an advantage but not critical
