Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a highly experienced Compliance Manager at Caremark Hull & East Riding in Hessle. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulations, policies and procedures, conducting audits and developing compliance strategies. They will work closely with the Care Manager and SLT to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
Salary negotiable.
Qualifications
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, policy development, and audit processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience in healthcare or social care industry compliance is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or related field would be favourable
