Multi Skilled Engineering Technician Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm (days & nights) Salary: £51000 Role: Our clients are looking for Multi Skilled Engineering Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance activities. Benefits: Competitive salary + overtime Up to 5% bonus Health care cash plan 282 hours annual leave Pension scheme (up to 4% match) Long-term career growth Responsibilities: Maintain and improve plant and equipment Perform day-to-day maintenance Ensure compliance with safety and food standards Complete planned maintenance tasks Diagnose and repair faults Champion health and safety Provide technical support and expedite parts as needed Requirements: Experience in multi-skilled engineering in a fast-paced environment Mechanical and electrical engineering skills HNC or equivalent, with experience on machinery, conveyers, pumps, valves, and electrical fault finding. Knowledge of FMCG environments is a plus Strong problem-solving and maintenance skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
