Project Finance Lead FTC

Technology to £60,000 + benefits Initially offered as a 6 month Fixed Term Contract Birmingham (very flexible working, one day a week in office) The Company Our client are seeking a dynamic Project Finance Lead to take on a pivotal role in bridging finance and operations during a major transition programme for a leading organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to influence strategic decisions and contribute to the success of a high-profile project. The client is a PE backed market leading specialist providing business critical services that support the infrastructure of some of the UK's largest companies committed to the move to a net-zero future. The Role The role will see you acting as the financial leader and advisor for the transition programme, ensuring that the financial objectives and aligned with operational goals. You will provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across various departments, including project management, operations and leadership teams. You will take full ownership of transition budget management working with the operations leadership to ensure effective resource allocation. The Person ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, you will have strong FP&A and analysis experience and an out-going approach with the ability to talk numbers with non-finance stakeholders enabling them to make key commercial decisions and drive profitability. Proven experience in a finance lead or project finance role, ideally within a large-scale transition or change programme. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across finance and operations teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
