Lettings Manager - East Yorkshire - £30,000 DOE + Hybrid Working We are currently working with a highly reputable agency to recruit a Lettings Manager based in East Yorkshire. As a Lettings Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day management of the lettings department, while proactively expanding the portfolio. The Package: * Salary to £30,000 DOE * Hybrid working * Monday-Friday 35 hours a week + 2 Saturday mornings a month * Fantastic training offerings and support to gain PropertyMark Level 4 The Job: * Build and sustain relationships with clients, landlords, and agencies. * Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants. * Perform routine inspections of rented properties. * Support the marketing and promotion of rental properties. * Draft rental agreements and ensure properties meet compliance standards. * Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance. * Manage administrative tasks The Candidate: * Lettings experience is essential * Strong customer service and organisational skills * Good computer literacy * Competent in new business generation and relationship building * Full UK Driving Licence * Property Mark Level 3 (MARLA) Please click apply or email your CV to Jake Pinder-Hampton, Recruitment Resourcer.
