IntSol Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of Passenger Assistant to join one of local community. If you are able to deliver excellent customer service and want to make a difference, then apply for this role today.
You will be working alongside likeminded individuals and join a School Transportation Team in Bedminster, Bristol covering Weston Super Mare and Nailsea Areas.
Your role will be hugely rewarding, albeit challenging, however we can offer you the opportunity to become an invaluable colleague very quickly within the team.
This role consists of split shifts and working Monday to Friday (07:45 to 09:45 / 14:15 to 16:15).
Passenger Assistant Highlights:
- Split Shift School Runs
- Minimum 6 hours paid per day
- Monday - Friday
- Ensuring the safe drop off of the passengers
- Weekly pay

- Holiday Pay Entitlement
PAYE Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Umbrella Assignment Rate: £16.25 per hour
Passenger Assistant Requirements:
- Required to pass DVLA D4 Medical (If successful)
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience of working with Children/vulnerable adults with SEN.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm in a challenging situation
