Lettings Manager Full Time, Permanent Up to £30,000 + company car Hounslow - Office Based An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to join a tight-knit and rapidly growing Estate Agents in Hounslow as a Lettings team manager overseeing a dynamic lettings team. Job Details and Benefits: Monday Friday, 9am 6pm with alternate Saturdays Great transport links Training and progression opportunities with the company always looking to promote from within. 25 days paid holiday per year plus + bank holidays + extra day off for your birthday Company events and workdays out Company car and full allowance Mobile phone and laptop provided Main duties and responsibilities: As a Lettings manager you will play a crucial role by ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties and securing new business opportunities, You will be conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants. Leading and motivating a team. Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person Achieving personal and branch targets Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally Building strong relationships with local property owners What we need from you: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a lettings manager role. Driving licence Multi Lingual preferred but not essential Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings You should be an ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven individual with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong negotiation and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.
