General Teaching Assistant

You will be responsible for providing assistance to the children, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals. You will provide support in a variety of areas, such as classroom activities, playground supervision, and providing extra help with coursework. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in working with young children. You must have a strong commitment to the well-being of children and be able to provide a safe and supportive learning environment. You should also be organized and have the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will have a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Teaching Support, or equivalent. You will also have experience in working with young children in a school setting. A knowledge of the National Curriculum and the ability to use basic IT applications is also required.
