Packing Operative

Barker Ross is recruiting Re-Work Operatives/Packers for a client based in Kettering. Location: Desborough Monday to Friday shift options: 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00. Pay: £11.52 per hour. Overtime rate: £17.28 per hour (after 37.5 hours). Job Description: Barker Ross is seeking dedicated Re-Work Operatives/Packers to join our team and work for our client based in Desborough. Key Responsibilities: Re-packing Chocolates: Carefully re-pack chocolates to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution. Working on the Production Line: Assist in various stages of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules. Stacking Pallets: Efficiently stack pallets to ensure safe and organized storage of products. Labelling Boxes: Accurately label boxes with the correct product information, including batch numbers and expiration dates. Key Skills: Punctuality: Consistently arrive on time for shifts and meet deadlines. Reliability: Demonstrate dependability and a strong work ethic, consistently performing tasks to the best of your ability. Good Work Ethic: Show dedication, initiative, and a positive attitude towards all assigned tasks. Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment. Safety Conscious: Remain vigilant of machinery and MHE operations to prevent accidents and ensure personal and team safety. No Experience Needed: No prior experience is required for this role, as full training will be provided.
