We are seeking two Customer Service Advisors to join this team. The role in a nutshell:As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and resolving customer issues in an efficient and timely manner. You will collaborate with various teams within the organisation, including operations and sales, to address customer needs and provide exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer requests, including order entry, query investigation, resolution, and internal communicationProcess sales orders and calculate commission paymentsProvide rapid resolution to issues and escalate when necessaryDevelop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and systemsIdentify sales opportunities and refer them to the sales teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and agentsFor a comprehensive job description reach out to the Adecco Romford team (Anna, Alex or Denise).
