The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be working with Key Stage 3/ KS3, Key Stage 4/ KS4 and Sixth Form. The right candidate will have excellent teaching skills with high expectations of their pupils; they must have the abillity to motivate and enthuse pupils so they make good progress  To be a great SEND Teaching Assistant you should have sensitivity, understanding in addition to patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
