Trainee Development Advisor

Our client is a Global Law Firm looking to add a Trainee Development Advisor to its team. This is a permanent role within a hybrid working environment based in London.Main Duties & Responsibilities include: Support the administration of the London Trainee programme.Assist with the onboarding, induction, integration, and ongoing professional development training for new trainees.Support in managing the Trainee rotation process.Liaise with associates and partners to prepare evaluation feedback, schedule evaluations, and prepare summary evaluation packs.Schedule and conduct Trainee development meetings, offering advice and guidance on career plans, discussing performance, and recording key information. Escalate any concerns to the Trainee Development and Early Careers Manager.Assist in the qualification assessment and placement of trainees as first-year associates following the conclusion of the training contract.Key skills required:Previous experience of working either within Trainee Development, or within a related HR function, within the legal sector.A proven track record of building credibility quickly and developing trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.A commercial outlook, with experience analysing key metrics to identify potential trends and measure performance, including engagement surveys.We look forward to reviewing your application.
