An exciting new role has been created for a Design Coordinator, working for a national client who have pioneers in the construction industry worldwide. An award-winning client who works on very interesting and innovative, prestige and notable projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site design process from RIBA stage 5
• Control the full design co-ordination of the project
• Liaise with Sub contractors
• Dealing with design issues professionally
• Attend relevant meetings and liaise with external design consultancies.
• Monitor design
