About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our London team and report to the Global Head of Growth & Marketing. This is a new role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, helping us achieve our ambitious growth and revenue targets.
What You'll Do
You'll split your time between strategic marketing initiatives (70%) and leading new business opportunities (30%).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement Axicom's marketing and communications strategy to create growth through innovative initiatives like speaking engagements, thought leadership, awards submissions, social media, events, and more.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities to understand what drives growth and reputation enhancement.
- Bring our "Futurist not Followers" proposition to life for clients, prospects, media, and industry partners.
- Oversee and promote Axicom's press and industry engagement strategy, showcasing our capabilities and talent.
- Build strong connections and collaboration within the global communications team to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Partner with WPP and Burson marketing teams to leverage organic growth opportunities.
- Lead our editorial team in creating engaging content for all our platforms (social media, internal communications, PR).
- Play an active role in our growth by setting up and managing our CRM process.
