Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager Location: South of England Company: Leading Social Housing Contractor Salary: £85,000 + Bonus My client are a well-established social housing contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Lead the development of a robust pipeline by identifying opportunities with local authorities, housing associations, and other public sector bodies. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and future business growth. Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute business growth strategies, targeting large-scale contracts within the social housing market. Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Tender Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet client needs and company objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with operations, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service offerings and customer engagement. Requirements: Experience: Must have experience in business development, with a focus on social housing or construction sectors. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing contracts and driving business growth. Relationship Building: Strong network within the social housing and public sector, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the social housing market, including key players, regulations, and procurement processes.
