Who we are: La Fosse is an Employee-Owned total talent solutions business across technology, digital, and change. Our vision is to create a world where talent is recognised regardless of background and lived experience.
We partner with our customers to build solutions for their business and people challenges, leveraging our recruitment, academy, solutions, and executive search offerings. Our expert teams work at all levels from the classroom to the boardroom on a permanent, contract, interim, and executive search basis. We help add short-term capacity while building long-term capability, filling immediate skills gaps and, more importantly, solving future needs with outstanding, diverse talent.
Company culture is a huge focus for us, promoting an inclusive, caring environment that supports our employees in reaching their career goals. La Fosse is proud to be an employee-owned business; this enables our staff to have a voice in how La Fosse is run and provides more opportunities for them to play a pivotal role in our success. Most importantly, employee ownership allows us to maintain our culture, ethos, and values as we continue to scale our business together.
The Role:
La Fosse is looking for an enthusiastic senior consultant to become a member of our forward-thinking team. As a key player in our fast-expanding organisation, you will be instrumental in delivering customised talent solutions within the technology and digital sectors.
The role will be a contract desk focusing heavily on the DevOps market and growing and owning this space within the division. You will have full autonomy over the London and extended home counties where we have a wealth of clients across industries to tap into. There will be a significant opportunity for revenue generation through self-delivered work and from cross-collaborative selling across our service lines.
This position offers you the unique opportunity to establish yourself as a trusted advisor in a rapidly evolving field. Here, your expertise can make a significant impact, guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys and fostering lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients by actively engaging with them to thoroughly understand their unique and specific recruitment needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each partnership.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle with a holistic approach, overseeing every aspect from sourcing potential candidates to final placement, guaranteeing a seamless and efficient process that meets client expectations.
Develop and implement innovative strategies designed to attract top-tier talent while staying responsive to ever-evolving market demands, ensuring our recruitment practices remain competitive and effective.
Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments, utilising proven techniques to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, thereby ensuring we recommend the best candidates that align with client requirements.
Continuously build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by employing proactive sourcing techniques and relationship-building initiatives, ensuring a ready pool of qualified candidates to meet future client needs.
Collaborate effectively with team members to share valuable insights and successful strategies, fostering a culture of collective success and knowledge sharing that enhances our recruitment efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in technology, encompassing all aspects from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. This experience should showcase your ability to successfully identify, attract, and secure top talent within a competitive landscape.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, enabling you to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and engage with candidates and clients in a convincing manner.
An ability to build relationships and networks effectively is crucial; this includes nurturing long-term partnerships with both candidates and clients, understanding their needs, and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly.
Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and client development showcases your strategic mindset and ability to drive business growth through effective recruitment processes and initiatives.
We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and driven individual, with a strong ethical grounding, who can navigate challenges with a positive attitude and determination while upholding the highest standards of integrity in all professional interactions.
Experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools is advantageous, as these platforms will be instrumental in expanding your reach and enhancing our talent acquisition strategies.
If you are looking for a role where you can make an impact and be part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!
