Our client is a highly successful and expanding Wealth Management firm, widely recognised with an excellent reputation based in London.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a career orientated experienced Team Assistant to provide a high level of administrative and adhoc project support to the Head of Wealth Planning and Operations Manager as required.

This is a broad role with key responsibilities to ensure the effective, compliant running of the team. Ensuring all audit related deadlines are actioned and adhered to. Taking ultimate responsibility for project managing key strategic projects relating to regulatory change, allocated via the Head of Wealth Planning. For example, MIFID II, DB pension transfer projects and continued integration with regulatory procedures & processes.

The Team Assistant will support these business areas in Project related work and will also be responsible for Team Mailbox and Outlook management, alongside diary and calendar management ensuring alignment of all holiday schedules.

The Team Assistant will process expenses, invoices and payments as well as arranging travel.

The Team Assistant will organise, co-ordinate and manage team events and offsites. Working alongside the marketing department on more central events.

The Team Assistant is expected to prepare presentations and manage subscriptions whilst managing any IT requests or issues that may arise.

The Team Assistant will be responsible for processing client gifts and entertainment and manage all client data.

The Team Assistant will ensure all relevant sign offs are in place where required and support with onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of leavers and assist with project work, as and when required.

The Team Assistant is to record management and all training requests, as well as completing applications for the industry awards.

The Candidate:

2-3 years’ experience within a similar Financial Services Administration or Client Team support role – this can be from Asset Management, Investment Management, Wealth Management or Private Bank.

Ability to lead with managing Projects - pushing through and meeting deadlines. Some project management support experience would be highly desired.

An awareness of Financial regulations.

A working knowledge of back office systems within Financial Services – essential

Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail, and capable of working to fixed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
