X4 is currently collaborating with a long-standing client who is on the lookout for a Territory Manager (London Area)Position Details:Title: Territory ManagerSalary: £45,000 - £60,000Location: LondonWorking Environment: 4/5 Days TravellingStart Date: ImmediatelyResponsibility: • Know and sell complete solutions, including programs, services and products• Achieve annual territory revenue quota and continually look to bolster territory.• Maintain expenses at or below budget.• Demonstrates effective territory management, including achieving minimum weekly sales call targets, leveraging organizational/planning skills and CRM and territory landscape to establish call plans. • Create new opportunities on your own initiative • Experience with value-based selling and discounting.• Collaborate with internal and external resources• Prepare, analyse and execute monthly and quarterly reporting of revenue results, performance metrics and opportunity funnel, to provide accurate forecasting. • Based on territory CRM analysis, create action/territory plans to reach revenue goals.• Prepare for and participate in sales/team meetings.• Provides regular market feedback on products, trends and market dynamics.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or equivalent and minimum of 3 years successful sales experience within a medical device or medical education setting.• Excellent territory planning skills and a results-oriented approach.• Demonstrate a solution-oriented sales approach, working closely with prospective and brand-new clients.• A strong work ethic, a go getter, self-motivated and team player mindset• Open to learning new methodologies and adapting to new sales approaches. • Fluent in English with excellent oral, written and presentation skills• Ability to travel and possesses a valid driver’s license.Feel free to share with your network!
